Mornington Safe Harbour, Environment Effects Inquiry

A Directions Hearing was held in Mornington on 19th August, 2010. At that meeting, the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council requested a panel to consider the submissions.

The hearing will take place in February 2011 and the Inquiry will consider the Environmental Effects Statement and the planning scheme amendment/permit at the same time. The Inquiry will consider the in excess of 2000 submissions as if they are all submissions to the EES and the planning scheme amendment/planning permit application.

The hearing is open to the public and anyone may observe proceedings. Contact Laura Agius at laura.agius@dpcd.vic.gov.au for further information.
