46 patients in 3 days, 61 extractions, 6 fills, 12 cleans & school session. People (even in their nineties) walking 10 hrs return trip to see us (grape vine working too effectively). Got to dinghy at 7 pm tonight in dark and found we had a puncture - David had to hitch canoe ride out to boat to get pump. Last day tomorrow at Malua Bay, will be a big one, starting off with talk at the kindy at 8.30 am, and big thank you ceremony at 4.30 pm - according to schedule prayers / speeches/ presentations will go for 2 1/2 hours, and then dinner (more lap lap). Last night had traditional kastom lap lap dinner with one of the families and also had lap lap for lunch after church (7th day Adventist) on Sunday. Might need holiday to recover from this one!
